T-shape with the arms slanting downward and ends curving inward. Five nodules on the end of each arm. Arms made of LD-polyethylene. Stem is made of HD-polyethylene. Copper wire formed into helical spiral - 230mm in length; 0.5mm diameter - covering a surface area of 350mm2 of fundal stem end. Two monofilament polyamide threads attached at cervical end of stem.
