An improved blood volume method (Evans Blue dye) utilizable even in the presence of hemolysis and/or lipemia
The Journal of Laboratory and Clinical Medicine
A simple and accurate Evans Blue dye method for the determination of the blood and plasma volumes is described. The procedure can be used even in the presence of lipemia and/or hemolysis. The blood volume measurements obtained by the application of this method to 49 men and women are presented. © 1953.
