T-shaped IUD with 200mm2 of copper wire wrapped around the stem. Polyethylene with barium sulfate added for radiopacity. Ball at cervical end of stem. Modified with a silastic band that holds the two black cervical threads up towards the fundus, thus making the device "tail-less".
