Triangular-shaped device with a serpentine inner stem, bulbed joint on upper transverse beam, eyelet at cervical junction for cervical threads. Varying-width fin along outer edge. This was a prototype for Burnhill's Ancor Device. Unlikely that it was ever used clinically.
