Plastic (specific composition unknown) device with four coiled arms. The two upper arms (fundal end) are much longer in length than the two lower arms (cervical end). One of the upper arms has ball end. Copper sleeve (19mm length) on stem. Yellow cervical threads attached to copper sleeve, knotted at end; two blue cervical threads attached - one off each lower arm, knotted at end.
