Device with four semi-coiled arms with the two upper (fundal) arms being longer in length that the two lower (cervical) arms. One of the upper arms has a knobbed end. The device is comprised of two separate pieces held together by a plastic tube. Long blue thread is inserted into holes in the cervical end of the plastic tube (front and back) with the individual ends being threaded through holes at the ends of the two lower arms.
