Description
This edition of The Medical Evangelist features a multi-page personal account titled "Praying Through" by Margaret Youngberg Horsley. She recounts her journey as a female medical student financing her education through canvassing and loans, overcoming early academic struggles through faith, gaining clinical experience with patients at the Los Angeles County General Hospital, and eventually meeting her husband, Dr. Ernie Horsley. The article originally appeared in the Youth's Instructor.
