Abstract
Depression, anxiety, stress, and poor sleep quality are mental health conditions contributing to the burden of healthcare and society world-wide. Evidence has shown that nutrients and bioactive properties in seeds have been beneficial for mental health conditions in animal studies. This study aims to determine if there are beneficial effects of pepitas (pumpkin seeds) in humans.
